Shift Trade

From your     Computer                               Applies to     Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers, Employees

The objective of this tutorial is to show you how you can trade a shift (swap shifts) with one of your coworkers.

If you're unable to work one of your shifts, you can trade the shift (swap shifts) with one of your coworkers.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. Your manager has the option to disable the shift trade for your workplace.
  2. Manager approval is required for shift trade which may delay how quickly a shift is offered to your coworkers.
  3. When you create a trade, the shift is still your responsibility until it is picked up by one of your coworkers.
  4. You will receive a notification via Email and SMS.
